If the pressure water cleaner is present (optional), after
connecting the suction hose (Fig. 11, Ref. 1) to the water
mains (rated for at least 25 l/h at min. 1.5 bar) - (supply
from a water tank is not permitted) - and the delivery
pipes, with the supplied jet, to the fi tting on the machine (Fig.
11, Ref. 2), start it up with the selector (Fig. 7, Ref. 12) and
start washing.
Take care not to operate the pressure cleaner without
having connected up its hoses. The pressure cleaner
pump must not be run empty; it suffers irreparable
damage in a very short time.
- Never direct the water jet at other persons or
towards yourself..
- Never direct the water jet towards the electrical
panel or other delicate parts of the machine inside the
casing.
- Do not use the pressure water cleaner to clean
inside the plastering machine.
- For cleaning, fi ll the hopper with clean water.
- Insert two washing sponges into the pipes, still full of
material (Fig. 12, Ref. 1) and fi t the pipe to the manifold
again (Fig. 12, Ref. 2)
- Start up the machine again to drive the sponges through
and out of the pipe. If the water coming out of the pipe after
the sponges is not clean, repeat the procedure.
If there is even the slightest chance of freezing, open the
hopper discharge, disconnect the pipes and completely drain
the water out of it.

14. MAINTENANCE
- Do not move the machine with the mixing machine
or hopper full of material.
- Maintenance must be performed by expert
personnel, after switching the machine off.
Make sure there were no oil leaks from the hydraulic
system, engine or the compressor during the stop. In
case of doubt, check the oil levels with the machine
perfectly level.
Perform the periodical maintenance operations
specifi ed in the Diesel engine manual.

14.1 DAILY MAINTENANCE

Every day, at the end of work and with the machine running,
grease
the two mixer shaft bearing points (Fig. 13, Ref. 1) and the
agitator bearing using the greaser (Fig. 14, Ref. 2).
A grease pump is supplied with the machine for that
purpose.
The operation is complete when grease comes out of the
shaft glands.
Do not apply more grease, so as not to pollute the material
to be pumped at the start of work.

Every day, check the operation of the safety devices, and in
particular the grille safeties (Fig. 1, Ref. 6,7,8) (Fig. 3 Ref. 3),
and the emergency pushbutton (Fig. 7, Ref. 1).
Top-up the fuel tank at the end of work.
Check the engine and compressor oil level before starting
work.
