Dear Customer,
compliments on your purchase: the IMER plastering machine
with incorporated horizontal axis mixing machine, resulting from
years of experience, offers maximum reliability and innovative
technical solutions.
- WORKING IN SAFETY.
For safety purposes, make sure to carefully read the
following instructions, as well as the instructions given in the
enclosed manuals relevant to the compressor and the Diesel
engine.
This OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL must be kept
by the fi rm's manager at the worksite, and be always available for
consultation, together with the user's manuals for the compressor
and the Diesel engine.
The manual is considered part of the machine and must be stored
for future reference ( EN ISO 12100-2 ) through to scrapping
of the machine itself. Should the manual be lost or damaged, a
replacement copy can be ordered from the manufacturer.
The manual contains the EC declaration of conformity (2006/42/
EC) important information on worksite preparation, installation,
use, maintenance and ordering spare parts. Nevertheless, the
user must both have adequate experience and knowledge of the
machine prior to use: the user should be trained by a person totally
familiar with the operation and use of this machine.
To guarantee the operator's safety, safe operation and long life of
the machine, the instructions in this manual must be observed,
together with the current regulations on safety and accident-
prevention at work (use of adequate footwear, clothing, dust
masks, gloves, glasses, etc.).
- Make sure that all signs are legible.
- Do not modify the machine in any way.
- Always work with the casing closed.
Take care when opening the casing. It contains very hot parts
(in particular, engine, compressor, radiator), moving parts
(alternator, motor fan, compressor fl ywheel) and there may
be traces of harmful liquids (in particular, battery acid).
- Check the perfect effi ciency of the safety devices,
and in particular the emergency button and the devices for
stopping mixer and agitator in case of opening of the grille
and mixer material door and hopper grille.
IMER INTERNATIONAL declines any liability in case of improper
use, use of unsuitable fuel, lack of maintenance, unauthorised
modifi cations, and partial or total non-compliance with the
instructions contained in this manual.

1) TECHNICAL DATA

Table 1 gives the technical specifi cations of the concrete pump,
with reference to fi gure 1.
2) DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS
The concrete pump is designed and built in accordance with the
standards given in table 1.
3) NOISE LEVEL
Table 1 gives the sound pressure levels of the pump measured at
the operator's ear (LpA at 1 m - 2006/42/EC) and the noise level
in the environment (power LWA) measured according to EN ISO
3744 (2000/14/EC).

4) DESCRIPTION OF PLASTERING MACHINE OPERATION
building sites, for mixing and pumping conventional and
premixed plasters and fi nishing coverings. The premixed
materials must be declared pumpable with these types of
machines by the producer.
4.1 DESCRIPTION OF PLASTERING MACHINE (see fi g. 1)
The main elements of the plastering machine are a hopper
(Ref. 1) inside of which there is an agitator (Ref. 2) that controls
an eccentric screw pump (Ref. 3 ) The mix, prepared with the
horizontal axis mixing machine (Ref. 4), is poured into the hopper
and pumped by the eccentric screw pump to the jet through the
material delivery
incorporated in the machine also reaches the jet and the material
is thus sprayed on the wall. The machine is completed by a
supporting casing on wheels (Ref. 5) incorporating a diesel
engine (Ref. 11), electrical panel (Ref. 10), pneumatic system, and
hydraulic system with variable delivery pump.
The machine is supplied with the material delivery pipes and a jet
(Fig. 12 Dwg. 12 - Fig. 13 Dwg. 13).
The machine can be fi tted with several accessories, and in
particular a vibrating screen (Fig. 17 Dwg. 17), a cable remote
control, a radio control, a spray nozzle for fi nishing surfaces and
grooves and a hydraulically controlled pressure water
The pressure water cleaner enormously facilitates end of day
machine cleaning operations.
The machine is equipped with a towbar for towing on the road,
and can be towed in all countries in which it is type-approved.
For further information, contact your authorised service centre.
The type-approved towing set-up simplifi es machine moving and
placing operations.
5) GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS (Fig. 1)
protection devices have not been removed. Check the
following safety devices:
- Opening of the mixer grille must stop mixer movement by
means of the device of Ref. 7
- Opening of the agitator grille must stop mixer movement by
means of the device of Ref. 6
material pipes are connected. If the air hose is damaged it
could cause accidental starting of the plastering machine.
