39. Use a spring hook tool to attach the
tension spring on the end plate to the tab on
the toner hopper (Fig. 39).
40. Install the metal rod into the toner
hopper until it is seated in its housing on the
end cap (Fig. 40).
41. Install the last end cap to the locking tab
on the toner hopper (Fig. 41). Attach the
tension spring to the toner hopper and end
cap. Rotate the end cap down and snap in
place to the cartridge frame, secure with two
screws.
42. Install the drive gear with the metal plate
and secure with two screws (Fig. 42).
Install the drum shutter door to the cartridge.
