Aktivitätssensor SAS 82 Einleitung Machen Sie sich vor der Inbetriebnahme und dem ersten Gebrauch mit dem Aktivitätssensor vertraut. Lesen Sie hierzu aufmerksam die nachfolgende Bedienungsanleitung und die wichtigen Sicherheitshinweise. Benutzen Sie den Aktivitätssensor nur wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung gut auf. -

Hausarbeit ein wesentlicher Anteil zu. Um Ihre tägliche Bewegungs- aktivität objektiv einschätzen zu können und zu erfassen, nutzt Ihnen der Silvercrest Aktivitätssensor „SAS 82”. Er kann Sie auf diese Weise auch zu verstärkter Bewegung im Alltag motivieren. Mit Hilfe der kostenlosen „HealthForYou“-App werden Ihre Bewegungs- aktivitäten bequem vom Aktivtätssensor auf Ihr Smartphone übertragen. - Page 9 Der Aktivitätssensor bietet zusammen mit der „HealthForYou“-App die folgenden Funktionen: – Anzeige Uhrzeit und Datum – Anzeige täglich zurückgelegte Schritte, Distanz, Kalorienverbrauch, aktive Zeit und Fortschritt des Tagesziels (in %) – Darstellung der einzelnen Schlafphasen – Vibrationsalarme – Bewegungserinnerung – Benachrichtigungen über Anrufe und Nachrichten (z. Internetverbindung oder Datenübertragung zusätzliche Kosten anfallen. Starten Sie die „HealthForYou“-App und folgen Sie den Anweisungen. Im Einstellungsmenü der App den „SAS 82” auswählen und verbinden. Auf dem Aktivitätssensor wird ein zufallsgenerierter sechsstelliger PIN Code angezeigt, zeitgleich erscheint auf dem Smartphone ein Eingabefeld in das Sie diesen sechsstelligen PIN Code eingeben müssen. -

Akku aufladen Sobald die Akkustandsanzeige des Aktivitätssensors einen leeren Akku anzeigt, müssen Sie den Akku aufladen. Um den Akku auf- zuladen, gehen Sie wie folgt vor: Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker Ihres USB-Ladekabels in den USB- Anschluss Ihres eingeschalteten Computers. Verbinden Sie den Magnetverschluss des USB-Ladekabels abgebildet mit Ihrem Aktivitätssensor. -

Uhrzeit / Datum / Akkustand Der Aktivitätssensor zeigt die aktuelle Uhrzeit, das Datum und den Akkustand an. Sobald der Aktivitätssensor mit dem Smartphone synchro- nisiert wurde, wird die aktuelle Uhrzeit und Datum des Smartphones auf den Aktivitätssensor übertragen. Schritte / Bewegungen Der Aktivitätssensor zeigt die Bewegungen in Schritte an. -

Zurückgelegte Distanz Mittels Ihrer in der App angegebenen Körpergröße ermittelt der Aktivitäts- sensor Ihre Schrittlänge. Sie können die Schrittlänge auch individuell ändern. Anhand der Schrittlänge und der Anzahl der Schritte berechnet der Aktivitätssensor nun Ihre zurückgelegte Distanz. Die angezeigte Distanz ist nur ein grober Richtwert und stimmt nicht unbedingt mit der tatsächlichen Distanz überein. -

Sobald auf dem Display angezeigt wird, beträgt die Akkuleistung noch maximal 24 Stunden. Lassen Sie den Akku nie ganz leer werden, nur dann ist eine kontinuierliche Datenerfassung möglich.

The Activity Sensor is protected against spray water, rain, shower water and against temporary submersion in water of a depth of up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. -

Start the “HealthForYou“ app and follow the instructions. In the settings menu of the app select and connect to the “SAS 82”. On the Activity Sensor a randomly generated six digit PIN code will be dis- played. At the same time, an entry field will appear on your smart- phone, where you should enter this code. -
