Prepare the Countertop For existing installations, carefully lift the old sink out of the countertop. Compare the existing cutout to the required cutout size. If needed, enlarge the cutout hole according to the directions for new installations.
- Page 4 Hole Saw Pilot Hole Drill pilot hole. Drill Point 2. Sink Preparation CAUTION: Risk of product damage. Use a sharp hole saw. A dull hole saw can damage the sink. Small drill point locators on the underside of the faucet deck indicate the center of each potential faucet opening.
- Page 5 Sealant Sealant 3. Attach the Sink Install the faucet and strainer fittings according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Clean the edge of the cutout with denatured alcohol. Turn the sink upside down and place it on a smooth padded surface. NOTE: Apply sealant quickly as it sets within minutes. Apply a thin, continuous bead of silicone adhesive sealant around the bottom edges of the sink.

4. Finish the Installation Install the garbage disposal, if desired. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Connect and tighten the trap to the strainer, and complete the water supply connections to the faucet according to the instructions packed with the faucet. Run water into the sink and check for leaks. Clean up with a non-abrasive cleaner. -

4. Compléter l’installation Installer un broyeur de déchets, si désiré. Suivre les instructions du fabricant. Connecter et bien fixer le siphon à la crépine, et terminer les connexions d’alimentation d’eau au robinet selon les instructions emballées avec ce dernier. Laisser couler l’eau dans l’évier et vérifier s’il y a des fuites. Nettoyer avec un agent nettoyant non-abrasif. -
