Depth adjusting collar setup process
The additional handle is equipped with drill depth retainer button. To install the drill
depth retainer release a lock screw (10) and insert the retainer into the handle hole. Set the
required depth by the retainer and tighten the lock screw.
Exerting too high force to the tool will not provide faster drilling but on the contrary,
it will reduce effectiveness and tool life. Do not try to drill holes for anchor bolts
or other similar holes in concrete in a rotary mode (drilling mode). When using the
tool in «drilling with impact» mode with a replaceable or additional jaw chuck,
the tool service life is reduced, and the jaw chuck may be damaged.
Safety coupling
In case the tool is jammed in the material processed, a safety clutch will be activated and
the tool stops working. If the tool is jammed, immediately release the power button and
disconnect the hammer drill from the mains, remove the tool from material processed,
check its functionality and only then continue to work with the hammer drill.
Regularly (preferably after each use) wipe machine body with a soft cloth. Prevent vent
holes from dirt or dust accumulation. In case of heavy pollution, use soft cloth moistened
in soap water. Do not use solvents, benzine, alcohol, water-ammonia etc. as they may
damage plastic parts of the machine. Take care to prevent moisture ingress to holes of the
electric tool body. When vent holes are choked up blow them with compressed air. This
machine does not require additional lubrication during operation except for drill shanks.
Maintenance of the electric tool shall be performed by qualified personnel of
authorized Dnipro-M service centers only.
Maintenance performed by unqualified personnel may cause damage of the machine
or personnel injury.
Use only recommended consumables, headers or accessories when service electric
tool. Use of non-recommended consumables, attachments or accessories may result in
damage of electric tool or personnel injury.
Storage of the machine is recommended in a well-ventilated room, at temperature
-15°C to +40°C and relative humidity not exceeding 90%.
If the tool was stored at a temperature 0°C or below, you shall keep it in a warm room
at the temperature +5°C to +40°C for two hours before to use. This time interval shall be
adhered to in order accumulated condensate could be removed. Do not operate the
