Troubleshooting

Problem
The player does not turn on.
I cannot hear any sound from my
earphone.
The
screen display is garbled.
FM radio reception is poor.
I cannot download files from the
PC.

Considerations
It is normal for the player to display its nominal than its real memory capacity.
Solution
• Check if the player ON/OFF switch is
positioned t
o ON.
• Check if the player battery is charged.
• Increase the volume level.
• Make sure the earphone is prop
connected to the earphone jack.
• Check if the earphone cable and plugs are
not damaged.
• Check the integrity of the file you ar
playing. A damaged MP3 file
different levels of
noise does not play.
Choose the correct LCD languag
• Operate the player in another location. The
bundled earphone serves as radio antenna.
• Operate the player away from electronic
devices that cause radio interference.
• Check if the USB cable is properly
connected to the player and your PC and is
not damaged.
• Check if the player driver is properly
installed.
• The player memory is full. Try deleting
some files to free some space, then try
again.
