6.1
Firmware and Software Version
The NucleoCounter® NC-202™ firmware version and NC-View™ software version is found
by connecting the instrument to NC-View™ and navigating through Help → About.
6.2
Power-on Failure
If the NucleoCounter® NC-202™ does not turn on, please verify that the power supply is
connected to the NucleoCounter® NC-202™ and a working power outlet.
If the NucleoCounter® NC-202™ still does not turn on, inspect and/or replace the fuse as
described below. The fuse holder is located at the back of the instrument above the power
socket (Figure 9).
Disconnect the power supply from the NucleoCounter®. Then remove the fuse holder using
a screwdriver as indicated in Figure 9 (turn counterclockwise). Inspect the fuse. If it needs
replacement use one as described by ChemoMetec.
If the NucleoCounter® NC-202™ does not turn on after replacing the fuse, or if the fuse
was not blown, please contact ChemoMetec or your local distributor for further
instructions.
