Turning on/off the alarm

On the set, press the ALARM ON/OFF but-
ton to turn the alarm on or off
The display shows Alarm on or Alarm off
The icon
will appear or disappear
correspondingly
De-activating the alarm

Stop alarm for an 8-minute period
When the alarm sounds at the preset alarm
time, you can stop it after a certain period.

When the alarm sounds, press the SNOOZE
button
The alarm will be muted for 8 minutes
appears during the 8-minute period

Press SNOOZE again if desired
Helpful hint:
– If you continue to press SNOOZE every
other 8 minutes and not stop the alarm, this
cycle will continue for another hour before the
alarm ceases

ALARM on the remote control
The alarm stops and repeats itself after a set
period (see Setting alarm: Set repeat mode)
Helpful hint:
– To check the alarm setting, press and
hold SNOOZE until the clock display ap-
pears
