8.1.5.4 Descrizione funzionamento
Il sistema di controllo PCUE è un regolatore di temperatura in grado di
comandare unità di ventilazione di tipo EC con segnale analogico di usci-
ta 0-10V, una elettrovalvola 230V on/off ed una serranda di free
cooling/heating 230V on/off.
Può inoltre essere dotato di un orologio interno con la possibilità di pro-
grammare delle fasce orarie di accensione/spegnimento o di diversa
modalità di lavoro per quattro fasce orarie per sette giorni settimanali.
All'unità di controllo PCUE vanno collegate due sonde di temperatura
esterna di tipo NTC 10k per la gestione della serranda di bypass e delle
eventuali valvole caldo/freddo.
Il funzionamento delle ventilazione è regolato manualmente con apposi-
to tasto ventilazione (3) che permette di regolare tra tre diverse velocità
bassa/media/alta cui corrispondono diversi valori impostabili del segnale
di uscita 0-10V.
Le valvole riscaldamento/raffrescamento vengono attivate, a seconda
della modalità di funzionamento scelta, in funzione della differenza tra il
set point impostato e la sonda di regolazione.
Se si preme il tasto Modo/Menù nella parte inferiore del display appare
la scritta lampeggiante della modalità di funzionamento attuale, se il tasto
viene rilasciato e premuto nuovamente si commuta il modo di funziona-
mento dalla modalità riscaldamento/raffrescamento e viceversa.
Gestione serranda di free cooling/heating
La gestione della serranda di free cooling/heating funziona nella seguen-
te modalità.
- Free cooling (in modalità raffrescamento): se la tempera ambiente
supera la temperatura esterna di un un valore impostabile S1 (default
2.0°) e la differenza fra la due rimane inferiore ad una soglia
impostabile S2 (default 5.0°C) si attiva la funzione di free cooling
- Free heating (in modalità riscaldamento): se la temperatura esterna
supera la temperatura ambiente di un valore impostabile S1 (default
2.0°) e la differenza fra la due rimane inferiore ad una soglia
impostabile S2 (default 5.0°C) si attiva la funzione di free heating
Le modalità free heating e free cooling possono essere selezionate sepa-
ratamente.
Gestione elettrovalvola on/off
L'unità è in grado di pilotare una valvola on/off riscaldamento/raffresca-
mento che si attiva nelle modalità riscaldamento/raffrescamento quando
la temperatura ambiente è inferiore/superiore al set point e si spegne con
un valore di isteresi impostabile.
8.1.5.5 Programmazione
Premendo a lungo i tasti Sù e Giù si entrà nel menù programmazione;
Spostandosi con i tasti Sù o Giù si incontrano le seguenti funzioni:
- Programmazione orologio (minuti, ore, giorno attuale).
- Programmazione fasce orarie.
- Impostazione parametri.
Il passaggio da una funzionalità alla successiva è evidenziato dai diversi
simboli che iniziano a lampeggiare sul display.
Per entrare nella modifica del parametro premere il tasto On/Off.
Per modificare i parametri della relativa programmazione utilizzare i tasti
freccia mentre il simbolo della funzione interessata lampeggia.

The PCUE control system is a temperature controller capable of control-
ling the EC type ventilation unit with analogue signal of 0-10V output, a
230V solenoid on / off and a damper for free cooling / heating 230V on /
off.
It can also be equipped with an internal clock with the possibility to pro-
gram the time bands on / off or of different kind of work for four time slots
for seven days per week.
PCUE unit of control are connected two external temperature probes
NTC 10k for the management of the bypass damper and any hot / cold
valves.
The operation of the ventilation is adjusted manually with a special ven-
tilation button (3) that allows you to adjust between three different speed
low / medium / high values corresponding to different set of 0-10V output
signal.
The heating / cooling valves are activated, depending on the operating
mode, as a function of the difference between the set point and the con-
trol probe.
If you press the Mode / Menu at the bottom of the display appears the
flashing of the current operating mode, if the button is released and pres-
sed again switches the operating mode from the heating / cooling and
vice versa.
Free cooling / heating damper management
The damper management of free cooling / heating works in the following
mode.
- Free cooling (cooling mode): If the ambient temperature
the outdoor temperature exceeds a set value of an S1 (default
2.0 °) and the difference between the two remains below a threshold
set S2 (default 5.0 ° C) will activate the free cooling function
- Free-heating (heating mode): If the outside temperature
the ambient temperature exceeds a set value S1 (default
2.0 °) and the difference between the two remains below a threshold
set S2 (default 5.0 ° C) activates the free-heating function
The free-heating and free cooling mode can be selected separately.
solenoid on / off management
The unit is capable of driving an on / off heating / cooling valve that is
activated in heating / cooling mode when the room temperature is lower
/ higher than the set point and off with an adjustable hysteresis.
Long-pressing the Up and Down keys entrà the programming menu;
Moving with Sù or Down buttons meet the following functions:
- Programming clock (minutes, hours, current day).
- Programming time slots.
- Parameter settings.
The transition from one to the next feature is highlighted by the various
symbols that start flashing on the display.
To enter the parameter change press the On /Off button.
To change the parameters of its programming using the buttons
arrow and the symbol of the function concerned flashes.
The parameter set is stored when pressing the On / Off.
