REASON
SD card too slow
SD card faulty
Dash cam faulty
Card is Full
Unsuitable MicroSD card
G‐Sensor setting too high
which has filled the card up
too quickly
Power supply not
connected to 12v Socket
12V Socket dirty so not
making clean contact
Faulty power supply / Dash
cam
Glass is greasy or dirty
Protective sticker on lens
SOLUTION
Check SD card matches
specifications shown in
the user manual
Replace SD card

Change dash cam loop
settings Menu > Video
Length
Format SD Card Menu
(Setup) > Format MicroSD
Card
Check card type is correct
and suitable for dash cam
Adjust dash cam settings
Menu > G‐Sensor
Ensure power supply is
plugged in and ignition is on
Check and clean 12v Socket
Please contact technical
helpline
Clean glass and ensure it is
dry before attempting to
refit
Remove film before use
