3.1 Unpacking/delivery Always use lifting equipment when handling the agitator. Alfa Laval cannot be held responsible for incorrect unpacking. Step 1 3.1.1 Inspect the delivery for visible transportation damage (crates and packaging) - all issues should be reported to carrier.
Always use lifting equipment when handling heavy parts of the Agitator. Never connect to power during installation. Always have the Agitator connected to power supply by authorized personnel. Note: Alfa Laval highly recommends installing motor protection guard to the Agitator.
