Put the plug in the wall socket.

Take a lock of hair and wind it round the brush. Make sure the
end of the lock is wound in the required direction. (fig. 6)

Do not wind too much hair round the brush at a time.

The thinner the lock of hair, the tighter the curl will be.

Do not wind a lock of hair more than twice round the brush.

Make sure the lock of hair is in contact with the barrel of the brush.
If you wind the hair at right angles to the scalp, you will give your hair

optimum lift and volume.

Switch the appliance on by selecting the preferred setting. (fig. 5)
I: gentle airflow for easy styling
II: warm airflow for fast styling

Hold the brush in place as long as required (normally 8 to 10
seconds).
As soon as the hair feels dry, direct a cool airflow (setting ‚) at
the curl to fix it for long-lasting results. (fig. 5)

Switch the appliance off and remove the brush from your hair by
turning the bristle retraction knob in the direction of the arrow.

Make sure you hold the brush away from the underlying hair when you
remove it to preserve underlying curls.

Let the curls cool down before combing, brushing or finger-
combing the hair to finish your style. (fig. 8)
Styling with the 2-in-1 attachment
The special design of the 2-in-1 attachment allows you to create two
different hairstyles with only one attachment.
When the barrel is closed it can be used as a curling iron to create
large curls and waves and also to curl hair ends inwards or outwards.
When the barrel is open it can be used as a straightener to straighten
wavy or curly hair.
