Control TV Programmes
GUIDE Plus+ TV listings
After the GUIDE Plus+ setup and data
download is completed, you can start to
access the information of the TV
programmes listed in the GUIDE Plus+
system for the next 8 (eight) days.
A
Press GUIDE Plus+ (TIMER) on the
remote control.
The GUIDE Plus+ screen appears.

to move to the TV listings menu.

Use the cursor keys to navigate in the
menu.
To view all the available channels in your
area, press the Yellow button on the
remote control for { Go to Ad }. Select
a channel and press OK to view its
programme listing.
To scroll up or down a page, press
P +/- on the remote control.
To go directly to the previous day's or
the next day's TV listings, press . /
>.

Select a TV programme and press OK to
view.
Helpful Hint:
– If certain channels are missing, go to
GUIDE Plus+ { Setup } menu - { Channel
Mapping } to check and change the
channels.

Viewing digital text service
(MHEG)
(for UK only)
Many digital TV channels broadcast
information via their text service. This
digital service includes high quality digital
text and graphics along with advanced
navigation options.
Note:
MHEG can only be activated when no
subtitles are shown on the screen.
To turn off the subtitle, press
OPTIONS and move to { Subtitle
language }, select { Off } and press OK.

Press LIVE TV repeatedly to switch to a
digital TV tuner.

Press SELECT (TEXT) on the remote
control.

Once the text information is displayed,
you can use the cursor keys, the colour
coded buttons and/or the alphanumeric
keypad on the remote control to access
the required information.
The broadcaster decides the
appearance, content and navigation
methods of all digital text services.
D
To exit, press SELECT (TEXT).
Helpful Hint:
– Not all the TV channels transmit
interactive television application at all times.
