Cause
Indicating lamp doesn't turn on
Battery is discharged
The battery has run out
Have a bad connection between charger
cradle and adapter
Charge Display doesn't ON
Needle size is not a 30G
Needle is faulty
The ampoule is\ wrongly installed
Solution
Press the power button
Charge the device for more than 8 hours
Change the battery
Contact the provider or the manufacturer
Contact the provider or the manufacturer
Change to the 30G needle
Change the needle
Install the ampoule correctly
