• If any of these remedies do not work, there may be something wrong with
the handset.
Replace the handset on the base phone, then pick it up and try again. If the
handset is on the base phone, pick up the handset and replace it again.
• Should any problems persist, press RESET on the left side of the base phone
with a ball-point pen, etc. This has no effect on the memory in the base phone
and handset.
