● The thermostat is designed for wall mounting.
● The recommended height is 5 feet above the floor.
● Do not mount the thermostat in recesses, shelves, behind curtains or doors,
or above or near heat sources.
● Avoid direct exposure to sun and drafts.
● Seal the conduit and/or wall opening, as drafts can affect sensor readings.
● Observe maximum ambient conditions.
1. Switch off power to the heating/cooling system at the breaker or system
power switch.
2. Remove the old thermostat from the wall with wires still connected.
3. Using the provided wire decals , label the existing wire connections. It is also
helpful to take a picture of the current wire connections for subsequent
reference.
