Symptom
There is no sound.
AIBO does not
recognize the color
card properly.
Remedy
• The volume setting may be set to " 0."
t Adjust the volume higher (see the "AIBO" ERS-210
operating instructions).
• You are using cards other than the obe supplied with
the Party Mascot.
t Use the supplied color cards.
• This may happen depending on the type of lighting.
t Do the procedure on "Color sensor test" (page 16).
• The lights are turned down or shadow is cast over the
card.
t Turn up the light or hold the card straight up.
• The light reflected by the card has come straight into
AIBO's color camera.
t Change the angle of the card.
