To select the audio output

With the Audio output function "Variable", you can use the TV's
remote controller to adjust the sound volume of the external audio
system connected (see page 37).
To select the sound volume from AUDIO OUT terminals:

Note:
Make sure the volume control of your audio amplifier is set to a
moderate listening level.

To select the HDMI audio mode

You can select sound of the HDMI and DVI device audio connected
terminals (see page 41) from three modes : Auto,Digital and
Analogue.
