OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow the hourly or calendar intervals, whichever occurs
first. More frequent service is required when operating in
adverse conditions noted below.
Maintenance Schedule
First 20 Hours
• Change engine oil
Every 8 Hours or Daily
• Check/clean water inlet screen
• Check high pressure hose
• Check detergent siphoning hose
• Check spray gun and assembly for leaks
• Clean debris
• Check air filter
• Check engine oil level
Every 50 Hours or 3 Months
• Clean air filter 2
Every 100 Hours or 6 Months
• Change engine oil
• Clean sediment cup
• Check/adjust spark plug
• Service spark arrester
• Clean fuel tank and filter
Every 200 Hours or 3 Months
• Change pump oil

Every 300 Hours or Yearly
• Replace air filter 3
• Replace spark plug
• Check adjust idle speed
• Check adjust valve clearance
Every 500 Hours
• Clean cumbustion chamber
