    1. Preface Dear User, You chose the supine standing system “Lasse” from Rehatec Dieter Frank GmbH. We would like to thank you for your trust in our products. The innovative Supine-Bear “Lasse” offers maximum comfort and greatest possible individuality. The standing system provides smoothly gradable, supported and controlled standing training and a great measure of functionality.

    2. Legal Terms Intended use The Supine-Bear “Lasse” is a standing system which has been designed for children. Maximum user weight is 50kg for size 1 and 60kg for size 2. All safety precautions, advices and information in this manual have to be considered by the user/ope- rator, to insure safe and successful use of the device.

    Please follow the below listed steps before transferring the child onto the Supine-Bear “Lasse”! Caster wheels Locking the caster wheels (image 1) Place the Supine-Bear “Lasse” on even, nonslip surface. Lock all 4 casters.   • Page 11 Keep the hand lever (A) pushed and move the entire stan- ding system into the horizontal position (B). Release the hand lever. Now the Supine-Bear “Lasse” is prepared for the transfer of the child. Use the same hand lever to move the child into the vertical position.

    User Instructions 6. Adjusting the device to the child Before using the Supine-Bear “Lasse” you have to adjust it to the body measurements of the child! Variable positioning through multi-functional adjustment of height, depth and tilt angle, provides safe supine positioning as well as interactive, supported vertical standing.

    Supine-Bear “Lasse” Dieter Frank GmbH Lateral trunk supports (optional) The optionally available lateral trunk supports guide the thoracic position. The following steps describe adjustment of one trunk support and have to be carried out in the same order for the second one.

The following steps describe adjustment of one leg support and have to be carried out in the same order for the second one.

    Warranty extends to defects of the product as result of provable flaws of material or workmanship. A three year warranty is provided for all frame parts of the Supine-Bear “Lasse”. Defect parts will be replaced free of cost. The manufacturer will not take responsibility in the case that constructive intervention and changes have taken place, which exceed the device‘s adjustability in regard to the user‘s size.
