HEALTH & SAFETY PRECAUTIONS • Before operating the equipment please read the Health & Safety precautions, manufacturer’s recommendations and the operation manual. • The operation manual should be easily available at any time for the operator. • The equipment must be installed on a sturdy level surface near a 220-240 V AC 50/60 Hz correctly earth socket. -

OPUS RolLAM 380 • User guide RECOMENDATIONS • Use only recommended supplies and accessories. • The equipment is designed for lamination with pouch 25 – 250μm. Do not use different pouch thickness. • Individually cut pouch can badly dirt the rolls or wind around them. -

• Install safety cover and guide table. • Set the temperature and speed required. • Laminate a piece of same material too check if foil on the rollers is tensioned well. If not, adjust them using knobs on rollers or with the roller tension handle. The handle is on the right side of equipment. -

OPUS RolLAM 380 • User guide 6 CLEANING If you do not clean the rollers regularly the laminating foil can stick and damage the rollers and cause unsatisfactory lamination and damage the equipment. You should clean the rollers after and before starting a new project. -
