In the unlikely event of a fire, immediately contact relevant au-
thorities. To control the spread of the fire, apply water. Water will
absorb the thermal energy from the fire and extinguish any flames
in the area. It can take up to 30 gallons of water to put out a fire
from a US-1.
To dispose of a damaged, unsafe, or otherwise unflyable US-1,

10 Troubleshooting

10.1 US-1 does not connect to Handset
If the US-1 does not connect to the handset within 30 seconds of
power up:
1. Ensure the aircraft and handset are powered on with adequate
charge.
2. Check the tablet to handset connection by unplugging and re-
connecting the USB cable at both ends.
3. Close and reopen the IAGS application.
4. Turn off and restart the handset, tablet, and vehicle.
5. Contact Impossible Technical Support at (408) 675-1195.
10.2 US-1 does not charge
1. Unplug the charger from the charge port and Verify the charger
is on and the charge port is free of debris.
2. Reconnect charger to charge port.
3. Connect charger to other charge port.
4. Plug charger into new outlet and repeat steps 1-3.
