- Page 2 General Conditions of Warranty Instead of the statutory warranty time period of 2 years, HEINE will grant a guarantee of 5 years from the date of the consignment of the goods ex works, concerning its equipment (excluding disposables, e.g. bulbs, single- use articles, and rechargeable batteries).
