Drill the holes for the overtravel-ramps with rock-drill
Ø8 at least 55mm deep (comp. fig. 10.6), knock the
small anchor-pins through the ramp in the ground
(18) (comp. fig. 10.7/8) and fix them (20Nm) (fig.
10.13).

16. Hebebühne wieder auf ca. 300mm
hochfahren und die Überfahrrampen (3),
wie in Abbildung 10.1 dargestellt, so
positionieren, dass die Sicherungszapfen
(S2) der Ausleger (2) in die Halterungen (H)
der Überfahrrampen (3) greifen. Unter
Beobachtung der Sicherungszapfen die
Hebebühne vollständig absenken.
Lift the lift again until about 300mm and
position the overtravel-ramps (3) like
pictured in figure 10.1 so that the security
pins (S2) of the outrigger (2) slide into the
holder (H) of the overtravel-ramps.
