I can't get the bobbin case back in after cleaning

To reinsert the bobbin case in the EverSewn Celine sewing machine after cleaning:

1. Remove any thread caught in the hook area.
2. Turn the handwheel backward and forward by hand to clear any remaining thread.
3. Place the bobbin correctly into the bobbin case.
4. Ensure the thread stays along the designated path, including the tiny plastic knobs.
5. Reinsert the bobbin case into the machine securely.
