Dealing with Rechargeable Batteries

Do not use any damaged or corroded rechargeable
batteries in the device.
Rechargeable batteries (batteries) can be dangerous to life
if they have been swallowed. Keep the device and the
rechargeable batteries inaccessible to small children for
this reason!
Medical assistance must be sought immediately if a
rechargeable battery has been swallowed.
Rechargeable batteries must be disposed of correctly.
Corresponding containers ready for battery disposal are
located in businesses selling batteries and at the local
collection points for this purpose.
Avoid contact of the battery fluid with the skin under all
circumstances if a battery is leaking! The battery fluid can
cause skin irritation!
Remove the leaking battery with a dry, absorbent cloth
and avoid contact with the skin by wearing gloves, for
example.
