For a significant measuring value you can use a CaliBall. We make the quality
assurance for the CT's with a CaliBall Ø 25,400. Tolerance for the measurements are
4 µm.
14) It is absolutely forbidden to set the dial gauge to zero when the measuring tips stay in
contact! In additional it is very important
in this way!
15) Use always the gauge block to set the digital dial
that the alignment of the CT don't be checked
