OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

Plug your treadmill into the main power and turn on the switch.
You will hear a beep sound and the computer screen will light up.
Turn on the treadmill, and press the "START" button on the console. The display will show 3-2-1 and
the treadmill will start after an buzzer sound with the minimum speed.
Press "SPEED +" or "SPEED -" to adjust the speed. Pressing the key once will change the speed by
0.1KM/H.
Please check if the treadmill is running smoothly and the display will not shown any abnormality.
Please note, the computer will only start if the safety key is on its place. If the key is removed from its
place, the treadmill won't start and the computer will show up an error code.

Always attach the safety magnet string to the body before starting the workout.
