• Press Enter key to execute 10 seconds countdown (if 10seconds countdown activated) and then process custom
interval timer. Timer beeps once when P1 timer is fi nished and beeps twice when P2 timer fi nished.
• Press Shortcut key to recall customized setting time. Select Countdown from vs. count up to by hitting F6.
Power on/off Press red key to power on/off the timer
Mute Press Mute to mute the beeps if required.
Countdown Press F4 to activate / deactivate the 10 seconds countdown for preparation time before excer-
size.
Brightness level
Press F5 to adjust brightness in 5 levels.
