EINFÜHRUNG Der CS Timer 6 bietet eine breite Funktionsvielfalt in einem kompakten Gehäuse: Neben einer gewöhnlichen Uhr finden Sie eine Stoppuhr-Funktion, die „Fight Gone Bad“-Anzeige, den „Tabata“-Timer sowie einen Intervall-Mes- ser. Auch können individualisierte Intervalle für den eigenen Trainingsplan programmiert werden. Insgesamt können bis zu 13 Programme gespeichert werden. - Page 6 Intervall-Timer • Drücken Sie INT, um den Intervall-Timer aufzurufen. • Die blauen Ziffern zeigen die Runden an (max 99) - die roten Ziffern zeigen die Workout-Zeit bzw. Countdown- Zeit an (max. 99min 59sec). Zwei blinkende rote Punkte zeigen die Workout-Zeit an (sonst: Countdown- Restzeit).

Oltre al tradizionale orologio, si trova una funzione cronometro, l’indicazione “Fight Gone Bad”, il timer “Tabata” e un timer a intervalli. FUNZIONI Procedura generica • Premere il tasto della funzione desiderata (Clock, Countdown/Up, Intervall timer) e EDIT per impostare. - Page 32 Intervall Timer • Premere INT per accedere al timer a intervalli. • Le cifre blu mostrano i giri (max. 99), mentre quelle rosse mostrano la durata di allenamento o il tempo del countdown (max. 99 minuti e 59 secondi).
