Each graduation of the Scale (part #36) is equal to .010" (.25mm). The Planer
may be set to cut any depth between 0 - 0.7" (0 - 2mm).

The Scale (part #36) also features a "P" or "Park" setting, which indicates the two
Blades (part #64) are fully retracted and that the Planer may be safely set on its
base after the Blades have come to a complete stop.
To Attach The Rabbeting Width Guide:
1.
Place the Rabbeting Bracket (part #65) on top of the front portion of the Rabbet-
ing Width Guide (part #66) and secure, using one Screw (part #13), Washer (part
#11), and Nut (part #27). Make sure the Washer is installed between the bottom
of the Rabbeting Bracket and the top of the Rabbeting Width Guide.

2.
Slide the Rabbeting Width Guide (part #66) under the Planer. Secure the
Rabbeting Width Guide to the side of the Planer, using one Wing Knob (part 51).
To Adjust The Rabbeting Depth And Width:
1.
The rabbeting depth may be set from 0 - 0.7" (0 - 2mm).
2.
To set the rabbeting depth, loosen the Wing Knob (part #51) and use the Rabbet-
ing Depth Guide (part #52) to locate the desired depth. Then, retighten the Wing
Knob. (See Figure C and Assy. Diagram.)
