OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
• Choose a suitable location for your Air Cooler; Please refer to
the Important Product Information for details.
• Your product may be operated by the manual controls located
on the unit or by the remote control.

FOR ROOM COOLING

• Water can be added into the tank through the water fill hatch on
the side panel. Pour clean water into tank and if required, add
some ice cubes.
• Connect to the power supply and press the POWER button and
the fan will start at medium speed, after few seconds, it will
switch to LOW speed.
• Press the SPEED button to change the speeds: LOW, MED, and
HIGH.
• Press the MODE button to select the COOL MODE, indicated
by the LED. It takes a few minutes to obtain the full effect from
this mode.
• Press the Sleep Function the unit will run in a cycle of 5
seconds High, 5 seconds medium and 5 seconds low and stop
for 4 seconds. It will then repeat the same cycle again.
• When the water tank is low turn the unit OFF and add more
water and ice.
• To turn the product OFF press the POWER button again. If you
do not intend to use the product for some time empty the water
tank.
• To empty the water tank turn your product off at the POWER
button, move the unit to a suitable location and remove the
drain plug to allow water to flow out.

REMOTE CONTROL

The unit can also be operated using the supplied remote control,
insert batteries (2xAAA) and point at the unit to operate.
IMPORTANT: At the end of their life dispose of the batteries
responsibly.

BS PLUG WIRING

Wiring Instructions: Should it be necessary to change the plug please
note the wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the
following code:
BLUE - NEUTRAL
BROWN - LIVE
GREEN AND YELLOW - EARTH
As the colours of the wires in the mains lead of this appliance may not
correspond with the coloured markings identifying the terminals in your plug,
proceed as follows:
1. The BLUE wire is the NEUTRAL and must be connected to the terminal
that is marked with the letter N or coloured BLACK.
2. The BROWN wire is the LIVE and must be connected to the terminal that
is marked with the letter L or coloured RED.
3. The GREEN/YELLOW is the EARTH and must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter E or
GREEN/YELLOW.
4. Always ensure that the cord grip is positioned and fastened correctly.
If a 13A (BS 1363) fused plug is used it must be fitted with a 3A (BS 1362)
fuse. If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
