Notes on starting assistance
Observe the information on starting assistance
in the vehicle Operator's Manual.
If your vehicle has been started with starting
assistance, it may not be possible to use the
electric drive for approximately 30 minutes.
Starting assistance is not considered to be a
normal operating condition.
Jumper cables and further information regarding
starting assistance can be obtained at any quali‐
fied specialist workshop.

Mercedes-Benz recommends transporting your
vehicle in the case of a breakdown, rather than
towing it away.
For towing, use a tow rope or tow bar with both
axles on the ground. Do not use tow bar sys‐
tems.
