    Preparation Before Installation Prior to installing the door lock, you need to determine the opening direction of the door, as there are some adjustments that may need to be made to the lock body, door handle orientation and the spindle rotation direction. Don’t worry if you get it wrong, as it’s easy enough to remove the lock from the door and re-adjust, if necessary.

    Door Latch Adjustment Having determined the door opening direction and what needs to be adjusted, you may first need to adjust the direction of the door latch on the lock body, so that it will engage correctly when the door closes.
  • Page 11 Lock Body Adjustment Depending on the door opening direction, you may need to switch the direction of the Lock Body for left and right swinging doors, by making adjustments to the spindle clutch. 1) Remove the screw for switching the clutch direction with a Philips screwdriver (Fig. 1). 2) Remove the Inside and Outside Handle Spindles and swap them around (Fig.

To disable this, after it’s been set, simply enter your passcode, fingerprint or NFC card.
