(Optional): Wrap a rubber pad around the Utility
Rack at the point where the clamp assembly attaches.
You will need to temporarily remove one of the front
M8 bolts.

Check for proper threading on all bolts and alternatingly
tighten each until the Footsie is secure.

Tighten the four bolts that connect the Utility Rack to
the bicycle frame.

Place upper clamp assembly on the Utility Rack and
loosely thread the M8 bolts.

Repeat steps for non-drive side Footsie.
