Conduct of luminaire

Possible cause
• Dimmed value is set too low, the
luminaire switches off
• The room is too bright, the
luminaire switches off
• Luminaire is operating in burn-
in mode (status LED flashes
during operation)
• The light level in the room is
below the set brightness value
• Motion sensor reacts to
movement detected in the
room (also via glass panels)
• Motion sensor reacts to a rapid
change in temperature in the
room (possibly caused by air
conditioning or heating
systems)
• No power supply
• Membrane keyboard is not
connected to SensControl
(connector connection cable)
• SensControl unit defective
• An electronic ballast is
defective
• A lamp is defective (the second
lamp also does not work)
• Luminaire is operating in burn-
in mode (status LED flashes
during operation)
• The keyboard is defective
Recommendation
p Carry out a factory reset using the
SensControl operating instructions
p Carry out a factory reset using the
SensControl operating instructions
(with TC-L lamps the burn-in process is
stopped and must be restarted)
p Do not interfere with or cover the light
sensor when setting the dimming value
p Check the power supply to the luminaire
p Contact the Service team

p Insert new lamps (note: burn in new lamps
for > 100 hours without dimming)
