Before moving the concrete mixer,
always pull out the machine plug.
1. Swivel down the filler opening.
2. If transporting the concrete mixer by vehicle,
fold in the feet after removing the bolts.
3. Secure the concrete mixer to prevent it from
moving.

Before carrying out any work on the
concrete mixer, switch off the concrete
mixer, wait until the drum has come to a
standstill and disconnect the power. The
concrete mixer may be repaired by
authorised specialist companies only.
Maintenance intervals
Before use
1. Visually check the concrete mixer.
2. The concrete mixer must not be operated if
any parts of the machine are missing, de-
fective or loose.
3. Visually check the connection cable. To do
this, fully unwind the connection cable. A
defective connection cable (e.g. insulation
cracked, cut, crushed or kinked) must not
be used.

1. Lubricate bearings on the driving pinion with
commercially available multi-purpose
grease. The grease nipple is situated on the
recess of the motor housing and is accessi-
ble from the exterior. To access the grease
nipple, swivel the mixing drum into the
transportation position.
Warning!
Do not lubricate (grease) the ring gear.
Cleaning the drum
1. Wash out the drum with gravel and water.
2. Remove encrusted cement and mortar. Do
not strike the drum or mixer housing with
hard objects (e.g. hammer, shovel, etc.).

1. Loosen the mounting bolts (2x) on the motor
housing.
2. Press down the motor housing and retighten
both mounting bolts.
Checking the belt tension

Before opening the motor housing,
switch off the concrete mixer, wait until
the drum has come to a standstill and
pull out the mains plug.
1. Unscrew the motor housing cover and check
the belt tension.
2. Screw the cover back onto the motor hous-
ing.

Troubleshooting

If any faults occur, switch off the concrete mixer,
pull out the mains plug and have the fault(s)
rectified by an authorised specialist company.
