Fault description
Connection problems
The "DULCOnneX
gateway" and other
devices are interfering
with each other.*
* Confirm or cancel this by switching the "DULCOnneX gateway" on and off.

Checklist of requirements

a) General information
Disconnect all devices from the bus as
soon as you:
replace a "DULCOnneX gateway"

change the hardware of a device

change the cabling.

Cause
There is a problem with
the Ethernet.
The Bluetooth signal from
the smart device is inter‐
fering with the connec‐
tion.
Interference with other
devices is causing a
problem.
Other devices are inter‐
fering with the Wi-Fi con‐
nection to the "DUL‐
COnneX gateway".
Remedy
Briefly disconnect the Ethernet cable from
the "DULCOnneX gateway".
Briefly disconnect the "DULCOnneX
gateway" from the mains power supply.
Switch off Bluetooth on the smart device.
Change the orientation of the "DUL‐
COnneX gateway" until the problems dis‐
appear.
Change the installation site of the "DUL‐
COnneX gateway" until the problems dis‐
appear.
Connect the "DULCOnneX gateway" and
the devices experiencing interference to
different power circuits.
Call in a high-frequency engineer.
Increase the gap between the devices and
the "DULCOnneX gateway".
