This manual provides information regarding potential safety concerns, as well as helpful assembly and operating instructions for your tool.

    ASSEMBLY & ADJUSTMENTS ATTACHING FEET TO BASE (FIG. 1) 1. Locate one base (Fig. 1 - 8). 2. Install two M10 washers (Fig. 1 - 3), two M12 hex nuts (Fig. 1 - 2), and two M12X100 hex bolts (Fig. 1 - 1) through the top of the base on each side. 3.
