Adjusting the feet
The freezer may move if the adjustable legs are not properly levelled on the floor and the
doors and magnetic seal alignments will not be properly positioned.
Levelling the adjustable legs on the floor:
Level your freezer by turning the front legs as shown in the illustration below.
The corner where the legs are is lowered when the leg is turned in the direction of the
black arrow and raised when turned in the opposite direction.

Operation

Before operating, clean the inside of the freezer. (see " Maintenance and Cleaning").
After the freezer has been cleaned, insert the plug of the Freezer into the wall
socket. Adjust the thermostat knob to an average position. Leave the freezer to
work for about 4 hours without putting food inside it. Freezing of fresh food will
be acheived after a minimum of 20 hours of operation (when there is uninterrupted
power to the unit).

Temperature setting

1. Plug on your appliance. The internal temperature is
controlled by a thermostat. There are 3 settings MIN,
NORMAL and MAX. MIN is the warmest setting and
MAX is the coldest setting. The appliance may not
operate at the correct temperature if it is in a particularly
hot or if you open the door often.
2. Check the temperature after 4 hours to ensure the cooling has reached an acceptable
level before using the appliance.
3. Temperature will be affected by the following:
Room temperature.
How often the door is opened.
How much food is stored.
4. In determining the correct temperature setting, all the above factors must be considered
and some experimentation may be necessary.
5. Do not place hot food in the freezer, wait for the food to completely cool first.
6. Pack food properly before placing into the freezer to avoid taste mixing and frosting of
food together.
7. In event of a power failure, wait 10 minutes before operating the appliance again to
avoid any damage to the compressor.
