5. Remove the roller from the spindle foot.
6. Use a screwdriver to remove circlip K from bolts L and
remove both bolts from the backrest.
ORCA F:
7. Extend the drive until bolts L are completely pushed
out. Use a screwdriver to remove circlip K from the
bolts and remove the bolts from the backrest. Retract
the drive mechanism again.
For all versions:
8. Loosen screws E with washers D from tube clamp B
and remove the tube clamp.
9. Remove female couplings C.
10. Loosen bolts G from plug holder F and remove the
plug holder.

11. Slide drive unit A forward slightly out of the cross pin
of the backrest, then lift the back slightly on the motor
and draw it out of the groove in the backrest M.
12. Store the drive unit in a safe place.
Fitting the backrest
1. Place the drive unit on the backrest and slide it through
the lower groove P.
IMPORTANT!
– Make sure that the curve of the spindle foot
O faces upward.
2. Feed cable Q under the drive tube R.
3. Insert the head end of drive unit A with the groove in
cross pin N of the backrest.
4. Position jack plug S in receiver T of the backrest.
5. Place plug holder F on top and fix it in place with
screws G (torque 1.5 Nm).
6. Align the spindle foot by turning the drive tube
appropriately.
