5. Installation and operation 5.1 Installation Positioning Unpack the device, remove and dispose of all package material according to the environment protection regulations. CAUTION! Never remove the nameplate and warning signs from the device. Place the device on top of an even, stable, dry, and water-resistant surface which supports the weight of the device and is not heat sensitive. -

5.2 Operation Before use, clean the device according to the instructions set out in point 6 “Cleaning and descaling”. Open the lid and place the rack for sausages at the bottom of the basin. Place the desired number of sausages on the rack. ... -

Take the sausages out of the basin before serving. HOT STEAM! Risk of burns! The steam may appear when lifting the lid and handling the sausages. It may cause scalding of your hands, arms and face. Use a kitchen cloth or protective gloves to open the device! Use sausage tongs or long fork to take the sausages out. - Page 15 o Remove the rack for sausages from the basin.
