HOW TO TURN ON
YOUR PREAMPLIFIER
In order to get thc best perfonnances from vouJADIS preamplifieq it is necessa-
ry to follow careli ly the instructions below:
I - Chcck that the porver su'itch is C)FF.
2 - Connect the t\\,o intcrconnect cables from the prcamPlilier outpttt to tbe
aùplifier input RCIA conncctors.
3 The power cord ofyour preamplificr is detachablc to facilitate safer arrd easicr
moving of the unit.
Alwat's use the power cord supplied or one of equivalent electdcal rating.
,1 - Insert the cord finnh into the receptacle ot the back ofthe prcamplilier before
plugging the other end to the wall.
5 - Check that the muting switch is ON.
6 - (lheck that thc TAPE/MONITORING
switch is on SOURCE.
7 - Check that the VOI,UllE potentiometer is at a minimum lc\el
8 - Switch the polver switch to ON.
The flash you may notice has no eflèct on the tube lilè expectâncl:
9 - Choose your source.
l0 - S\\,itch the MUTING switch to OFT.
I I - \{ait until the protection slstem cleans up the way to your lavorite mllsic.
On our high-gradc preampliliers, a LED going from RED (protectron) to
GRIIEN indicates your listening caû begin.
12 Adjust your volume.
