Select your router's name (SSID). Make sure to select a 2.4 GHz, as Tailio does not support 5 GHz.
Please note that Tailio device supports WPA2, WPA and WEP encryption only.
Wait for the check mark indicating that Tailio received it.
If you get the following error message:
"Your phone is not connected to Tailio network. Please return to WiFi settings, select Tailio. If
prompted, select to Use without Internet."
Some phones require you to OK the use of a network without Internet. Please go back into your
phone's Wi-Fi settings to connect to Tailio, and when your phone asks you to Use without Internet
(or a variation of this), say OK. Verify that the connection to Tailio was made. Then you should be
able to continue with the setup

Enter your password* for your router / Wi-Fi network.
Make sure to tap on "Show" on the right (as shown below) to see the password you type and confirm
the password entered is correct.
*Please note that Tailio expect a password of length between 8 and 63 characters long (WPA-compliant
password).

If you get an error message, press OK and resubmit your password until you see a check mark.
On your Tailio Device: the Blue Light will turn solid to try to connect to your Wi-Fi router and to
the Pet Wireless servers. Once it connects, the Blue Light will flash to indicate Wi-Fi signal
strength (4 flashes is strongest).
Note that the
FLASHING GREEN LIGHT
indicates that the Tailio is getting the latest update – this
might take up to 10 minutes. Once it is done, it will reset itself and will be ready to go.
