Marmalade
400 g fruits
300 g preserving sugar
1 large measuring spoon lemon juice
Clean the fruits thoroughly, peel it (e. g. peaches), remove stones (e. g.
cherries), and mix in a mixer. Pour the mix into the baking pan, add the
lemon juice and start die programme. Sterilize the jars for approx.
20 minutes in the oven at 150° C and pour the warm marmalade into the
jars. Finally put the lids on the jars and turn them upside down.
Settings: 12. Konfitüre
Cake
4 eggs
80 ml milk
1 large measuring spoon molten butter
½ small measuring spoon salt
2½ large measuring spoons brown sugar
3¾ measuring cups flour
1½ small measuring spoons cream of tartar
½ small measuring spoons sodium bicarbonate
2 large measuring spoons dried yeast
Note: First whip the eggs separately and then add it to the other
ingredients in the baking pan.
Settings: 13. Kuchen, Loaf Size: 750 g, Baking Level: Hell, Mittel or
Dunkel
