Never allow children, unauthorised individuals or individuals without safety glasses and other protective equip- ment to enter the working area. Always operate tool in a well ventilated working area.

    ® ® Operating instructions Die Blaster Special safety instructions Prior to use, check tool for damaged or faulty parts or other conditions that will degrade the operation of the tool. Never use the tool when it is damaged or incorrectly adjusted. Any damaged safety features, starter lever or other faulty parts are to be repaired or replaced by an authorised service engineer, provided there are no other instructions in this manual.

    ® ® Die Blaster Operating instructions Compressed air supply This compressed air tool is designed for a maximum flow pressure of 90 psi (6.2 bar) at the tool. When using the ® ® Die Blaster 11 mm belt, a flow pressure of 75 psi (5.2 bar) at the tool is necessary. Correct air pressure will increase the service life! The supply of compressed air must be free of water.

    ® ® Operating instructions Die Blaster Placing in operation Application: The new version of the Die Blaster with accelerator bar has advantages in many fields of application compared to ® ® the conventional MBX system. Good examples are rusty flanged rims of doors and covers, roof joints and wheel arches. With the accelerator bar much more energy is available.
