Unable to turn on the headset.
Make sure the battery is fully charged.
The headset cannot be turned on while charging the battery. Remove the USB Type-C cable and turn on the
headset.
The headset cannot be turned on when the headphone cable is connected to the headphone cable input jack.
Remove the headphone cable and turn on the headset.
