Flex the frame next to the lower

2 mm) to facilitate removal of the

8. R emove the oil screen cover.
9. R emove the oil screen.
10. Slowly pour approximately 1
quart of clean uii into the crank-
case oil filler to flush any clutch

11. Reach into the oil screen cavity
and scoop out any loose particles
as the oil is being poured into the

12. Reassemble and adjust the clutch.
13. I nstall and tighten the drain plug.
14. Clean and install the oil screen.
15. I n stall the oil screen cove~.
16, Replace the front oil screen cover
screw with a hex head bolt
approximately 3 mm shorter

17. Retorque the lower engine
18. I n stall the muffler and head pipe.
19. F il l the crankcase with new engine
20. Ru n the engine for approximately
