Before using for the first time
Familiarize yourself with the unit before using for the first time. Observe the safety
instructions and only use the unit in compliance with these operating instructions.
Remove all packaging components from the unit.
Assembly
Hold the cover (7), as shown in the picture and
insert the cover into the charging station (6).
Hint: The cover cannot be removed easily therefore
do not try to pull it out again. This will cause damage
to the hooks.
Charging the built-in Battery
Before first use, make sure the mains voltage available in your
area corresponds to the operating voltage stated on the type
label of the charger.
1. Connect the charging station (6) with the charger (9) and
plug the power plug in a wall socket.
2. Place the wine opener on the charging station, as shown in
the fig. on the right. Otherwise the built-in battery cannot be
charged. Please note, when the charging indicator (4) does
not light up, the battery will not be charged. To fully charge
the built-in battery before using for the first time, you have to
leave the wine opener on the charging station for approx. 15
hours. After using, the built-in battery has to be charged for
approx. 6 – 8 hours. With a fully charged battery you can
open up to 30 bottles.
The charging indicator (4) lights up in blue colour while
charging. The charger does not stop charging automatically.
Disconnect the charger from the power mains manually.
Foil Cutter
1. Place the foil cutter on the bottle to be opened and turn the
foil cutter around the bottle neck. The integrated blades will
cut off the foil.
2. Remove the foil from the bottle.
